Junior IT Project Manager About the position As an IT Project Coordinator, you will become the central interface between software development, project management, and customer contact, and will undertake the following tasks: Your tasks Maintain backend & databases: Work on the backend as well as maintain SQL databases and the cloud infrastructure. Coordinate customer projects: Independently manage IT projects from initial planning to successful implementation. Conduct workshops & presentations: Prepare technical content in an understandable way and present it to specialist audiences as well as customers. Take over B2B support: Competently advise and support financial institutions with technical questions regarding the software. Ensure end-user support: Answer inquiries regarding the tax platform - also flexibly on weekends if required. Requirements Must-Haves: Degree in (Business) Informatics or completed computer science training Basic knowledge of SQL databases German at native speaker level and fluent English (C1) Strong communication skills, independence, and assertiveness Willingness for a background check Nice-to-Haves: Experience with cloud infrastructures (Azure) as well as .NET / Java Initial practical experience in IT project management or in B2B customer support Experience in conducting workshops or presentations Interest in finance or experience in the financial environment is a big plus.
