Structural works site manager (m/f/d)

Wüest is the competence center for construction projects. We are a high-performance and established company, rooted and domiciled in the Mittelland. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed person as a structural works site manager.

Your tasks

• Autonomous management of construction sites, from work preparation to process optimization to the final approved measurement.
• Ensuring communication between contractors, planners, and the client
• Planning of interventions and coordination of the artisans involved
• Participation within interdisciplinary project and planning teams

Your profile

• HF site manager diploma / HF certified site manager or equivalent specific training in the construction field
• Several years of professional experience in site or project management
• Mastery of SIA standards, laws, and regulations
• Sensitivity and diplomatic skill in human relations
• Entrepreneurial spirit and sense of organization
• Passion for new technologies
