AureusDrive develops, designs, conceives, configures and assembles E-Bike systems in Luzern with a focus on commuters. With our affordable, robust and stylish E-Bikes, we want to motivate commuters to switch from the car to the E-Bike.
For our location in Luzern, we are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Deputy Workshop Manager/Bicycle Mechanic per sofort or by arrangement.
Your tasks
Service, maintenance and repair work on bicycles and E-Bikes
Support in the planning and coordination of workshop orders
Deputizing for the workshop management during absences
Technical support for the mechanics and ensuring work quality
Customer advice in service cases as well as sale of E-Bikes and accessories
Assistance in the planning and ordering of service, replacement and consumable materials
Collaboration in the improvement of processes in workshop and service
Your profile
Basic training as Zweiradmechaniker/in EFZ, Fahrradmechaniker/in EFZ or comparable training with a direct connection to the bicycle industry
Clean, reliable and independent way of working
Strong manual skills and ready to actively participate in daily business
Service-oriented, enjoyment of customer contact and sales
Initiative and enjoyment in taking on responsibility
Readiness to work according to our shop opening hours DI – SA
