What you can achieve with us:

• Creation and maintenance of production documentation and master data
• Execution of design reviews and ensuring technical feasibility
• Pre- and post-calculations as well as participation in cost analyses and optimizations
• Support and consultation of customers as well as close cooperation with: Project Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Production and suppliers
• Implementation of customer projects
• Initialization and support of prototypes until series production
• Responsible for production transfer and optimization of manufacturing processes (including turning, milling, grinding, assembly)
• Identification and implementation of optimization measures to improve product quality and efficiency
• Implementation and further development of continuous improvement processes

What you bring with you:

• Completed technical training, ideally with further training as a Techniker HF
• Several years of experience in mechanical manufacturing, preferably in medical technology
• Independent, exact and solution-oriented way of working "hands-on mentality"
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
