The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star superior luxury hotel located at 1,800 m altitude in the Grisons mountains. ? YOUR PROFILE

Experience in the same or a similar position desired

Professional experience in 5-star establishments desired

Completed apprenticeship in hospitality

Fluency in German and English required, any other language is an asset

Team spirit, sense of responsibility and flexibility

Neat appearance and professional behavior

Empathetic and discreet personality as well as service-oriented attitude

Coordination of teams and supervision of colleagues during different shifts

Carrying out all administrative tasks related to the reception

Ensuring the smooth running of the morning and evening teams

Sale and management of room reservations

Welcoming and accompanying guests
