Production Expert – Packaging

For our customers, in Kaiseraugst we are looking for a long-term Production Expert (m/f/d) – Packaging Production Expert (m/f/d) – Packaging As a Production Expert (m/f/d), you are a central part of our packaging team. You take responsibility for the operation of our state-of-the-art production facilities and ensure GMP- and SHE-compliant production through your work. Your area of responsibility includes: Independent performance of packaging activities according to GMP specifications Operation and changeover of the production facilities including associated IT systems (e.g., SAP, MES, OEE) Execution and documentation of in-process controls, sample draws, material bookings and malfunction reports Ensuring the availability of materials and consumables Active participation in the introduction and implementation of Lean Production System (LPS) methods Compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards Support with technical and organizational improvements to optimize production processes Your profile Completed vocational training in the field of mechanics, chemical technician, laboratory technician (*****) At least 3 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in the packaging area (*****) Confident handling of production-relevant systems (MES, SAP eWM), MS Office or G-Suite (*****) High willingness to learn for deployment in different areas and technologies (***) Strong teamwork skills and willingness to work in a self-organized team (**) Willingness to work shifts (3-shift model) Structured, independent and reliable way of working Very good German skills in speaking and writing jpid375ab22jm jit0729jm jiy26jm
