What is my function? You are responsible for the planning and execution of exciting architectural projects from the first sketch to completion? • You create designs, execution plans, and details for new construction and renovation projects • You coordinate and supervise the construction execution on site • You work closely with clients, specialist planners, and executing companies • You take care of permit procedures and official coordination • You perform quality controls and ensure compliance with deadlines and budgets • You develop creative and functional solutions for architectural challenges Profile: You have a completed architecture degree (Diploma, Bachelor or Master) • Ideally, you bring initial professional experience in planning and construction supervision • You are proficient in using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, ArchiCAD or Revit) confidently • You have knowledge of relevant standards, building law, and VOB • You work in a structured, reliable manner and have a good eye for detail? • You are communicative and enjoy working in a team • You are eager for diverse projects and bring initiative • A Class B driver's license is an advantage We look forward to your application documents.
