Your field of activity
Management of projects in the area of reorganisation of (paper) files and archival accession according to ISAD(G) as well as projects in the area of digitalization (scanning)
Planning and implementation of the Life Cycle Management of analog and digital documents
Conception, realization, introduction, and training of structures, processes, and instruments for filing and archive management
Personnel leadership of project teams with several employees
For these tasks, working at customer sites is necessary, mainly in the Bern area as well as Switzerland-wide
What you bring
Completed humanities degree, further education FH Information Science, I&D-Fachfrau/-mann EFZ or similar training
Experience in project management and in employee leadership in the area of Records Management, archive or related professional fields
Confident appearance and convincing presentation
Analytical ability, a penchant for key figures, and a pragmatic approach
Stylistically proficient German in spoken and written form, possibly you can also communicate in English, ösisch or Italian
