The Weisse Arena group in LAAX is a pioneer in alpine tourism and a passionate community for unique mountain adventures. With cable cars, hotels, gastronomy, sports and rental shops as well as the LAAX school, we create unforgettable experiences for our guests - and attractive jobs for our employees.

The Riders hotel is not an ordinary hotel. In the heart of LAAX, close to the halfpipe and the LAAX snowpark, riders, creatives, music enthusiasts, families and friends meet here.

The Riders lobby is a lounge from early morning until late at night and offers a selected menu directly at the bar. In the restaurant, people eat together, in the club, they party until late into the night.

Reduced to the essentials: snow, music, community. The LAAX freestyle center.

Imagine that you are responsible for the entire kitchen at the Riders - from breakfast to the lobby dishes to the restaurant. You ensure the smooth running of operations, consistent quality and develop the food concept in collaboration with the hospitality manager. With good organization, training and clear delegation, you lead your team autonomously and flexibly on a daily basis.

An attractive workplace in the heart of an exceptional mountain landscape is guaranteed to you. You will be part of a dynamic and awake team and will be able to contribute to the development of LAAX.

With us, you will find an environment where professionalism, rhythm, pragmatism and humanity go hand in hand. Enjoy many employee benefits, such as free mountain trips, discounts in our shops, hotels and gastronomic establishments as well as benefits for your family.
