Job description
For our Ägerikrippe in Oberägeri, we are looking for a committed, warm, and strong leadership personality as a Crèche Manager who wants to further develop the location together with their team and actively participate in its design. As Crèche Manager, you bear overall responsibility for the location and are simultaneously close to the team, the children, and the daily activities. You combine pedagogical quality with structured organization and a good understanding of the daycare center's economic goals. You lead your employees clearly and appreciatively, recognize their strengths and development potential, and support them specifically in their growth. At the same time, you keep an eye on capacity utilization, personnel planning, and administrative tasks and work closely with the regional and executive management. Overall pedagogical, personnel, and administrative responsibility for Ägerikrippe
Leadership, coaching, and further development of employees
Ensuring high pedagogical quality and a loving, structured care routine
Active management and further development of the location's capacity utilization
Conducting tours and accompanying parents from first contact to contract conclusion
Responsibility for parental communication and professional cooperation with families
Organization and ensuring smooth daycare daily operations
Responsibility for administrative tasks and compliance with our internal processes and quality standards
Close cooperation with the regional and executive management
Active co-design and further development of the location
Your profile

Completed pedagogical training, preferably FaBe Kinderbetreuung EFZ or an equivalent recognized training
Leadership experience in a daycare center or a comparable function is an advantage
Joy in leading, promoting, and further developing people
A warm personality with a clear and binding leadership stance
Organizational strength and an independent, structured way of working
Entrepreneurial thinking and a good understanding of figures, capacity utilization, and personnel deployment
Resilience and the ability to maintain an overview even in challenging situations
Enjoyment of parental work as well as a confident and professional appearance
Team spirit and the willingness to roll up your sleeves in daily operations
Motivation to take responsibility and actively further develop Ägerikrippe
