Job Description As a machine operator, you will strengthen our production team. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth flow of production processes and contribute significantly to the quality of our products. With technical skill and a sense of responsibility, you will make a central contribution to the daily success of our production. Your Tasks Preparation, operation, and monitoring of the production equipment for the manufacture of our diverse products Regularly performing format and equipment changeovers Performing quality controls and ensuring compliance with our production standards Performing bookings and transfers in the ERP system Recording performance indicators Regularly performing cleaning and maintenance work Collaboration in the optimization of production processes Your Profile Completed vocational training as a machine operator/food technologist or several years of experience as a machine operator Technical understanding and manual dexterity Teamwork skills, flexibility, and an independent way of working Experience in food production is an advantage Readiness for 2-shift work (early/late shift) Physically resilient, enthusiastic, and reliable Enjoyment in taking responsibility and actively contributing to the success of the production process We Offer We offer you a varied and responsible activity in a dynamic environment.
