Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people who are fragile in their physical and mental integrity during their life process.

We are looking for our establishment EMS Jura in Baillaigues, which welcomes 39 People and which specializes in the field of geriatrics:

Socio-educational assistant (F/M/D) - 6 month CDM - 60% - EMS Jura in Baillaigues

Whatever their function, the professionals of Fondation Saphir have a common will, that of accompanying People on a daily basis to allow them to concretely experience the institutional strategy of services "like at home". That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, to offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through real multidisciplinary collaboration, to allow the well-being and happiness of the People.

As a socio-educational assistant, you accompany People in the acts of daily life, taking into account the support project and their level of autonomy. In collaboration with the team or independently, you have the responsibility to prepare and organize daily socio-cultural activities for the residents and, of course, to accompany them in their realization.

YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS

• CFC as a socio-educational assistant or recognized equivalence
• Driver's license (Driving manual and automatic vehicles)
• Solid experience in accommodation
• Ability to adapt and integrate
• Ease of communication and collaboration
• Dynamic, listening, flexible and organized personality
• Mastery of spoken and written French as well as mastery of IT tools
• Your attitude is centered on the well-being of the Person
