Technical Data Management Technician (M/F)

Apply About the role ## You will participate in the management and reliability of technical data used by the production teams. You will work in collaboration with various internal departments as well as with suppliers to ensure reliable and up-to-date information. This position will allow you to develop your knowledge of industrial processes and contribute to an important project to modernize management tools. Tasks ## The position focuses on the rigorous management of technical inventories and the optimization of master data to prepare for the future deployment of advanced ERP solutions. • Participate in equipment inventories at different sites and at suppliers. • Update and control technical data to ensure its reliability. • Verify the quality of data related to articles and report any inconsistencies. • Contribute to the improvement of data management methods. • Collaborate with the Purchasing, Support, and Infrastructure teams on various projects. • Participate in the preparation for the future deployment of SAP S/4HANA. • Perform occasional travel to suppliers in Switzerland and France. We are looking for ## • Training as a Technicien ES in technology, logistics, production or equivalent • Proven experience in data management • Advanced mastery of common IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Excellent command of French, both written and oral • Analytical capacity, autonomy, and organizational rigor An asset if you possess • Good knowledge of an ERP, ideally SAP or SAP S/4HANA • Good level of English (B2 level desired) To succeed in this role, your personal skills are as follows: • Organized and methodical. • Curious and eager to learn. • Comfortable working with different interlocutors. • Autonomous while enjoying teamwork. • Attentive to details and the quality of your work.
