To ensure our customers can drive off in their dream car relaxed with just a few clicks, our FlatDrive crew consists of various mobility specialists: from experienced business professionals to media technicians to mechanics. Additionally, we work closely with our partners in the region.

To expand our team expertise, we are looking for an experienced

Vehicle Purchasing Specialist (80–100 %)

per immediately or by arrangement.

Do you want to take on responsibility, are you strong in negotiation, and do you convince through a precise and structured way of working?

For our vehicle purchasing, we are looking for a dedicated personality who supports us in the procurement of new cars, maintains contact with our suppliers, and reliably and independently helps shape the purchasing process.

Your tasks

You are responsible for the operational procurement of our new cars and accompany the entire purchasing process from obtaining offers to vehicle delivery.

• Search and procurement of suitable new cars
• Obtaining, comparing, and negotiating vehicle offers
• Analysis of market prices and purchasing conditions
• Monitoring vehicle orders, delivery dates, and availability
• Close cooperation with internal departments and external suppliers
• Active participation in the optimization of our purchasing processes

• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Organizational talent and enjoyment in dealing with suppliers
• Confident handling of digital working tools, especially Excel
• Interest in the automotive industry, industry experience an advantage
• Good communication skills, English skills desirable
• Initiative, sense of responsibility, and economic thinking
