Accounting Specialist Pension Fund (m/f/d)

For the bookkeeping and assistance with the insured persons' administration of our company's own pension fund, we are looking for a reliable and independent-working specialist, who enjoys a varied field of tasks, as of 1 February 2027 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Bookkeeping: contribution collection, independent management of the accounts payable and financial accounting of the pension fund
• Insurance-related administration: processing of entries and exits, changes, as well as processing of payments
• Board of Trustees administration: minute-taking at Board of Trustees meetings
• General administration: support for the managing director with administrative tasks

Your profile

• Completed commercial training with further training in the field of accounting
• Professional experience in the bookkeeping of a pension fund and knowledge of occupational pension schemes (BVG)
• Independent, structured, and careful way of working
• Discretion and reliability
• Enjoyment of a versatile activity in a small, manageable environment
