Social Pedagogical Family Support

Therefore, we are looking for a (m/f/d) social pedagogical family companion 80% -90% ## for the cantons of Basel-Stadt and Basel-Landschaft Your job: ### You work in the immediate everyday life of families who are in acute crises or have been in difficult life situations for a longer period of time and require support in parenting issues. You coach parents in their role as those responsible for upbringing, utilize existing resources, expand their competencies in different areas of life, and work systemically-solution-oriented. The center is the guarantee and promotion of child welfare, with a focus on the healthy development of children and adolescents. You work as a case-leading specialist mostly independently or in co-settings with many design possibilities in the direct living and life environment of the families. The start of employment is immediate or by arrangement.
