As a succession due to retirement, we are looking for an Employee Accounting 70 - 80% ## from January 2027 or by arrangement Your task ### You manage the client accounts of our legal assistances reliably and responsibly. In doing so, you work closely with the mandate-leading specialists and ensure that financial processes are handled correctly, on time, and transparently. Your tasks include particularly: • Independent execution of recurring and individual payments • Management and administration of client accounts • Creation of invoices for periodic accountability reports for the family courts • Participation in ensuring professional and legally compliant asset management What you bring with you ### You are a personality who loves accuracy and takes responsibility. Ideally, you possess: • Basic commercial training and further training in finance or accounting • Professional experience in accounting, MS-Office skills, as well as ideally experience with Tutoris • an exact, structured, and independent way of working • enjoyment of recurring processes as well as demanding individual cases • team spirit, initiative, and a quick grasp Experience in child and adult protection is welcome, but not a prerequisite - we will support you during your entry.
