To expand our team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Site Controller Maintenance Cleaning 100% starting immediately or by arrangement Your challenge: • Ensuring smooth maintenance cleaning according to the customer contract • Independent planning and implementation of quality controls • Training and induction of maintenance cleaning employees, optimizing work processes in the sites • Material deliveries to the sites, material management and monitoring material consumption • Support in the organization of holiday replacements • You are the contact person for the maintenance cleaning employees outside of office hours Our requirements for you: • Professional experience in cleaning, caretaker services or facility management with a focus on cleaning • Driver's license • Resident in Winterthur or the surrounding area • Impeccable character • High flexibility and organizational talent (working hours are predominantly evenings and Saturdays) • Personable, communicative and solution-oriented personality • Very good oral and written German skills, other language skills are an advantage • MS Office user knowledge We offer an independent and varied activity in a well-coordinated team.
