Your tasks: Between system landscape and detective work As the hub for our contracts and master data, you form the interface to finance, logistics, and sales. Since you work closely on our operational roadmap, no two days are the same. An overview of your varied everyday life: Contracts & Master Data: Complete processing of the lifecycle (new contracts, changes, cancellations) of our core products as well as maintenance and new opening of the customer base. Finance & Complaints: Clarification of complex billing inquiries, support for reminder, invoicing, and collection processes, as well as initiation of credit and debit notes. System Clearing & Offers: Creation of quotes and system-side maintenance of framework orders for annual contracts. Logistics & Material: Processing of special inquiries regarding material and gas mixtures as well as maintenance and adjustment of stock levels. Customer Focus & Digitalization: Carrying out customer checks via various portals and actively inspiring customers for our digital solutions. Your profile: A juggler with organizational talent This job requires bite. We are not looking for anyone to do the bare minimum, but for a competent personality with a maker mentality. Professional experience: Sound experience from customer service and/or accounting. Way of working: Extremely precise, detail-oriented, and with the ambition to solve complex issues independently and cleanly from A to Z. Resilience & Flexibility: Stress-resistant and strong at "juggling" – you switch effortlessly between systems and tasks without losing track. Mindset: The customer is always your priority. You do not shy away from targets, enjoy going the extra mile, and appreciate an open feedback culture.
