YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY • Demand- and customer-oriented care and support of patients according to the nursing process in cooperation with our partner doctors and an interprofessional team. YOUR TASKS • Co-responsibility for the management and promotion of 6 - 8 employees • Support of the station management in the economic management of the department and qualified personnel planning • Assuming the deputy function in the absence of the team leadership • Interdisciplinary cooperation with our partner doctors and other departments • Individual support of patients REQUIRED EDUCATION • Training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH or • At least one year of professional experience in the care of surgical patients • Willingness to further education in leadership • Sense of responsibility, physical and mental resilience • Flexibility and organizational skills PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE • Professional experience in an acute care hospital is desirable ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE • Great flexibility, resilience and high organizational talent • Good German language skills in writing and speaking (B2 certificate) • Good IT user skills • High social competence and a pronounced sense of empathy • Teamwork and ability to instruct employees Do you want to work in a dynamic and innovative environment where you can fully develop your strengths, know-how and competencies?
