Main responsibilities Organize, plan, and manage the daily activity of the workshop, ensuring follow-up of the production plan, priorities, and deadlines. Supervise, support, and develop the skills of a production team, promoting versatility and continuity of activities. Provide direct technical support on the field: setups, adjustments, programming, fine-tuning, troubleshooting, and resolution of machining problems. Supervise and coordinate the mechanical manufacturing of microtechnical and precision components, particularly on CNC equipment. Program and optimize machining according to production needs and technical requirements.
