We believe that every individual counts and actively promote individual strengths and development opportunities.   WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO • Central workplace in the heart of the city of Bern - with excellent accessibility • Varied everyday work through rotation at six modern locations in Bern, Bümpliz • Dynamic environment: New encounters, new tasks, and changing teams every day • Predictable working hours: Monday to Friday • Structured induction - step by step into the fascinating world of radiology   YOUR TASKS ## • You are the friendly face at the reception - for patients, female doctors, and male doctors at our radiology locations: Salem-Spital, Medical Center Wankdorf, Klinik Beau-Site, Klinik Permanence • In the call center, you coordinate appointments, plan radiological examinations, and are the central contact person for our customers • You inform, accompany, and prepare patients for radiological examinations • You take care of administrative tasks, such as sending findings and documents or obtaining medical records • As a hub in daily practice, you maintain an overview and act confidently at the interface between medicine, administration, and patient service YOUR PROFILE ## • You have completed basic training in a service-oriented industry • You are known as a communicative, flexible, and socially competent personality • A natural, warm appearance with a lot of empathy is important to you • Your PC skills are very good and you are confident in handling digital tools • You have very good German and French language skills, other languages are a plus   A variety of benefits and attractive employment conditions can be found at: Teamdiagnose - What we are missing is you.   For additional information, Kathrin Stettler, Head of Services Radiology, is happy to assist you at T +41 31 335 73 38 or kathrin.stettler@hirslanden.ch.
