Your tasks

• Planning, organization, and coordination of complex consultation appointments across multiple medical disciplines, including ensuring an efficient and smooth process.
• Professional telephone communication with patients as well as their relatives, referring entities, general practitioners, external services, and insurance companies.
• Formatting and sending of consultation reports, including careful checking and administrative follow-up.
• Management of patient registration and responsible back-office activities, which require a high level of service orientation, accuracy, and organizational strength.
• Support of the medical team in diverse organizational and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth workflow in daily business.

Your profile

• Completed training as a Medical Secretary or Medical Practice Assistant (MPA)
• Sound knowledge of medical terminology as well as proficient German in speaking and writing
• Good IT user skills and confident handling of common programs and clinical information systems
• Independent, efficient, and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of a varied activity and of working in a team
