The Service de la propreté urbaine has 340 employees. Its main tasks encompass the entirety of waste management and the cleanliness of the public domain. Its mission, through its Centre intercommunal de gestion des déchets, is to reduce the impact of waste on the environment through ethical and responsible management, with an emphasis on material recovery and energy production. For the division Centre intercommunal de gestion des déchets (CID), we are looking for an auxiliary truck driver.
Duration
Auxiliary contract for a duration of 4 months
Main mission(s)
Drive waste collection trucks
Guarantee an optimal quality of waste collection and transport, in compliance with standards, directives and safety rules
Supervise a team composed of 2 collection and sorting workers
Ensure the maintenance of the truck
Profile
CFC as a heavy vehicle driver with a certificate of capacity (according to OACP)
Minimum 5 years of professional driving of heavy vehicles
Good knowledge of the city of Lausanne
Resistance to tensions related to city traffic
Ability to work autonomously and reliability
Communication skills, adaptability and ability to take initiative
Punctuality and flexibility
Mastery of French (C1 level)
Special conditions
Heavy vehicle driving license
Clean criminal record
