Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate teams on construction sites. Read and interpret plans and technical diagrams. Ensure the quality and respect of deadlines for the work carried out. Actively participate in masonry work (foundations, walls, slabs, formwork, reinforcement and finishes etc.). Ensure compliance with safety standards on the construction site. Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience as a mason and/or team leader in the construction sector. Mastery of masonry techniques and associated tools. Ability to manage a team and motivate collaborators. Good understanding of plans and technical specifications.
