Job number: 7873 Location of work: Winterthur Workload: 100% Tasks: • Technical consulting and support for customers and service technicians • Timely planning and coordination of repair deployments • Coordination of remaining work from new installation business • Processing hotline and support cases • Sale of service services such as maintenance contracts, training, spare part packages • Project management of small projects in the area of plant optimization, retrofit, and product development • Coordination of technical service deployment meetings with the customer • Permanent controlling and optimization of processes Requirements: • Completed technical basic training with technical or commercial further education • Experience as a service technician in machine and plant construction • Good IT skills (MS-Office) • Independent, reliable and structured way of working • Responsible and decision-friendly • Team-oriented, communicative and high service and service mentality • Good English skills in word and writing, French skills an advantage • Good mechanical and electrical skills required • Knowledge in control, regulation and drive technology apply via WhatsApp
