For over 30 years, not only organically grown vegetables but also a lot of passion has been growing here. We manage our farm with conviction & passion and plant vegetables, herbs, fruit and berries. What thrives in our field ends up directly in our farm shop or is lovingly further processed in the kitchen.
The centerpiece is our beautifully developed barn, the Schüür 59. During the day you will find our farm shop and our café here, in the evenings and on weekends it becomes a banquet hall.

We pamper our clientele and guests exclusively with organic products fresh from the farm or from regional partners, with whom we maintain a long-standing exchange.

For our diverse farm shop, we are looking for someone who lives this piece of the farm with us. -- immediately or by arrangement --

Your tasks – with heart, commitment and joy

With us, you don't just stand at the cash register. You are the face of our farm shop and an important part of what our customers experience with us. With your warm, open and expert manner, you ensure that everyone feels welcome and likes to come back.

What awaits you

• You receive and advise our customers with warmth, expertise and genuine enthusiasm
• You sell our farm's own products as well as carefully selected products from our partners
• You operate our cash register and ensure reliable accounting
• You order our products from the various suppliers
• You design our shop with attention to detail and ensure an appealing product presentation
• You keep an overview of our stock and ensure that our products are always available in the right place and at the right time

What you bring with you
You are an open-minded personality, like to roll up your sleeves, enjoy contact with people and can be enthusiastic about good food.
Ideally, you bring the following:

• A genuine passion for regional, seasonal and organic products
• Experience in sales or the service sector
• Joy in advising our customers personally and competently
• A cool head and maintaining an overview, even when it gets hectic
• Flexibility, team spirit, reliability and independent working
• The willingness to work at least two Saturdays per month
• Very good German skills, English is a plus
• Physical resilience and joy in pitching in
