For our small Purchasing and Logistics team, we are looking for a committed and communicative personality who enjoys taking responsibility and keeping an overview. In this versatile role, you will be in daily exchange with suppliers, customers and internal contact persons and will make an important contribution to smooth processes within the company. Your area of responsibility

• + You are responsible for the entire operational purchasing process, from obtaining quotes to invoice approval
• You obtain offers, carry out order planning and trigger orders
• You monitor order confirmations and delivery dates and ensure that agreed dates are met
• You coordinate discrepancy resolutions and clarify open questions with internal and external contact persons
• You are in close exchange with the project managers and the suppliers to ensure a smooth process
• You check and approve supplier invoices and ensure the correct maintenance of purchasing master data

What you bring with you

• You have a successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further training as a purchasing specialist
• You bring several years of experience in operational purchasing and export
• You are proficient in using Navision or Business Central and you move confidently in digital processes
• You are characterized by flexibility and a positive, service-oriented attitude
• You keep an overview even with a high workload, set priorities and act in a solution-oriented manner
• You communicate proficiently in German and English, both written and oral
