Kantonsschule Enge Zürich is a short-term gymnasium with the maturity profiles «Wirtschaft und Recht», «Neue Sprachen» and «Philosophie, Pädagogik, Psychologie» as well as a commercial middle school (HMS). In the Wirtschaft und Recht profile, we additionally offer a bilingual maturity course German/English. Furthermore, we conduct accent classes in the areas of sustainability and cooperation. With 170 teachers, 30 employees in administration and operations and over 1'100 students, Kantonsschule Enge is among the largest secondary schools in the canton.

Your tasks

At the beginning of the school year, we are looking for committed secondary school teachers for Wirtschaft und Recht (180-200%). Employment takes place according to the Mittelschul- und Berufsschullehrerverordnung with special tasks (mbA) and therefore requires engagement for the school that goes beyond teaching.

Your profile

A prerequisite for employment is a university degree at Master's level as well as the teaching diploma for maturity schools for the subject Wirtschaft und Recht. Additionally, you possess a vocational pedagogical additional qualification. In addition to several years of teaching experience in the HMS (FRW, WR, PWR and Bildung beruflicher Praxis), at the KV and/or at the Gymnasium (Wirtschaft und Recht), you also demonstrate at least six months of professional experience outside of teaching (full-time equivalent).
