Service Center & "Material Flow Management" Clerk 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Receipt and processing of customer inquiries and ensuring order processing in our ERP system
• Contact person and central interface to external and internal bodies such as logistics and operational scheduling, invoicing, Head of Material Flow Management and laboratory
• Processing of new disposal inquiries as well as creation of customer offers
• Customer support for inquiries regarding order processing as well as processing of feedback and deviations incl. corresponding documentation and forwarding to the responsible specialist departments
• Invoicing of disposal orders incl. processing of the associated documents
• Ordering of operational and auxiliary materials
• Processing of the resulting administrative tasks in the Service Center

You bring with you:

• Commercial basic training (EFZ) with interest / experience in the disposal and recycling industry
• Proven several years of professional experience in customer service or internal sales, preferably in a similar / industrial professional environment
• Good user knowledge of the common MS Office suite and experience in handling an ERP system;
• German: stylistically proficient, fluent in speaking and writing, French and English are an advantage
• Quick comprehension, organizational talent and a goal-oriented, independent and exact way of working
• High service and customer orientation; pleasure and confidence in dealing with various stakeholder groups
