Flexible nursing pool assignments for our Carepeople Crew

Do you feel like flexible assignments in various institutions? Would you like to gain experience in nursing homes without contractual commitment? Or do you simply have a lot on your plate and can only work on individual days?
In the CarePeople Pool, you have the opportunity to adapt your individual workload to your needs. Work when you want to work. Despite temporary assignments, you are well protected in the event of illness and accident. You also benefit from good pension planning and are entitled to subsidized further training.

Requirement profile ##

• You have completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or FH / DNII or have a degree as a Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ
• You are flexible, open, and not afraid to get involved in a new team
• Organization, communication are qualities that suit you

Tasks ##

Support existing teams during personnel shortages. Based on a non-binding availability list, you will be asked on the days you have entered whether you would like to take on assignments. This is only in the specialist areas that you select.
