What you can achieve
As a member of the Rotor area at the GE Vernova production site in Birr, you will actively contribute as an NDT Inspector to support the Quality department and demonstrate your initiative.

Your tasks:

• Perform non-destructive material testing using the UT, MT, PT, ET & VT methods in compliance with regulations and standards according to specifications and test plans to ensure the quality level
• Ensure correct goods receipt and book incoming goods
• Review supplier quality documentation
• Create and release internal quality and testing documentation
• Create, track error reports, and verify their implementation
• Ensure the setup and monitoring of equipment for NDT (non-destructive testing) processes
• Prepare and accompany customer acceptances
• Ensure the maintenance of certificates and approvals

What you should bring (basic qualifications):

• Completed technical vocational training, training as a material tester, or comparable professional experience
• Valid Level 2 qualifications in UT, MT, PT, ET & VT
• Qualifications in other NDT methods are an advantage
• Experience in industrial manufacturing
• Good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Willingness to work in 2-shift operation
