Become part of our team as Project Coordinator 80-100% Oberwallis at the Eyholz site As part of a regulated succession, we are looking for you as a Project Coordinator. You coordinate several projects in a sovereign manner, think in a structured way and feel comfortable at the interface between technology and customers. In this role, you control customer projects from start to successful completion and ensure that organization, administration, deadlines, costs, and quality are always optimally coordinated. Your area of responsibility You procure project- and construction site-specific information for efficient assembly Furthermore, you plan, organize, and schedule all project activities and monitor deadlines, costs, and quality of the assigned projects Create cost overviews as well as partial and final invoices Advise customers in a professional and competent manner Ensure clear, goal-oriented communication with all internal and external parties involved Ensure compliance with norms, warranty, and legal regulations Define and monitor target times per drive together with the assembly management Support with payment arrears, budget compliance, and optimization of setup and workflow organizations What you bring Technical EFZ basic training (e.g., metal construction, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering) with commercial experience, ideally further training as a technical person Knowledge of electrical and control technology as well as experience on construction sites German is your mother tongue, knowledge of Swiss German is an advantage Driver's license category B and place of residence in Valais Structured, independent, and customer-oriented way of working as well as experience in a similar function Negotiation skills, organizational talent, and enthusiasm for technical products What we offer Self-organized way of working with your own company car Flexible working hours Trustful and open culture Attractive further training opportunities Above-average pension fund benefits Interested?
