In the corporate area, assessment is carried out in compliance with the law, with a focus on corporate tax law. For our Bau department, we are looking for the right reinforcement at the earliest possible date. Your future tasks: Examination of tax returns and annual financial statements of legal entities and self-employed persons (profit and capital taxes or income and wealth taxes as well as refund of withholding tax) Carrying out assessments after clarification of the legally relevant facts Assessment of binding official preliminary decisions (rulings) as well as responsibility in appeal proceedings (in particular objection proceedings and first-instance proceedings before the Tax Appeal Court) Written, telephone, and personal communication with our customers or their representatives Your profile: Completed degree in business administration or law or an equivalent higher commercial vocational training (dipl. Steuerexperte/-in, dipl.
