Maintenance work on buildings and surroundings as well as contact with residents, employees and other stakeholders bring you joy. Your area of responsibility consists essentially of the following:
Carrying out, documenting and monitoring inspection, maintenance and repair work
Assistance in daily business as well as in outdoor work
Person and material transport
Ensuring and complying with hygiene and safety regulations
You bring the following with you:
A completed training as Fachmann oder Fachfrau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ or in another manual trade
Independent and responsible working
Readiness for on-call services on weekends and public holidays
Good German language skills in speaking and writing
Driving license category B, BE (trailer) an advantage
