Pflegefachperson HF Fachrichtung Psychiatrie (80-100%) What awaits you: The psychiatry team works on day shifts from Monday to Friday providing care and support to our clients of all ages with an acute or chronic psychiatric diagnosis, supporting our clients in a self-determined everyday life at home, independent, competent and resource-oriented basic and treatment care according to the care plan, co-responsible for the implementation of the treatment process of the assigned clients, interdisciplinary cooperation with relatives, doctors and other services What you bring: Completed training as a diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF, several years of professional experience in psychiatric nursing, driver's license Kat.
