Localité Neuchâtel Disponibilité De suite Tipo Fixe Référence 41129 Publié le 03/07/2026 Mandatés par un de nos clients, nous recherchons un/e : Formateur-Apprentis Polymécaniciens (h/f) CDI-100 % Description du job ### • Give CIE courses (Manual machining techniques, conventional, CNC, metrology, assembly) • Lead the apprentices to success through motivating pedagogy and valorization of their work • Transmit information to management in the form of a cockpit (cost tracking, engagement status, apprentice production via SAP) • Manage investment requests (machines, accessories) and purchases. • Plan and organize the weekly workload for each apprentice (MAP, machine usage, tracking of manufactured parts) and sign the apprentices' work journals and absences. • Conflict management, apply internal rules in case of non-compliance with company values, organize sessions with parents if necessary • Collaborate with training partners (COMEC, Swissmem, CPNE, schools) • Participate in semi-annual exchanges with local training centers • Organize open houses, internships for future apprentices, educational and recreational events • Manage educational outings (team building, skiing, industrial visits) • Plan individual interviews and qualification reports every 6 months. • Motivate apprentices to participate in competitions like SwissSkills or IndustrieSkills. Profil ### • CFC in polymechanics • Mastery of CNC machining with use of a FAO (3 axes and 5 axes) • Knowledge of Mastercam or other • At least 3-4 years of experience • Experience in leading and training personnel, ideally young apprentices in a mechanics workshop (an advantage) • CIE trainer certificate (600h) (an advantage), possibility to pass it during employment • Management training (an advantage) • Knowledge of MS-Office and ERP software (an advantage) Formateur-Apprentis Polymécaniciens (h/f) / Fixe
