What you achieve • You connect Business, IT and Security, prioritize in a results-oriented manner and translate strategic goals into concrete, feasible features and solutions. • With a convincing vision and a clear roadmap, you shape the future of our Workplace platform and drive topics such as Cloud, Automation and Security forward. • In PI Planning, you coordinate team-overlapping dependencies, promote collaboration across different disciplines and create the basis for successful implementation. • For teams, stakeholders and management, you ensure transparency and orientation, so that priorities, target images and risks remain traceable at all times. • You plan, control and coordinate the monthly releases and ensure a stable, high-quality and timely rollout in close coordination with all involved teams. What you bring • Several years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in an agile environment such as Scrum or SAFe, as well as in-depth practice in responsibility for product visions, roadmaps and PI Planning. • In-depth experience in Workplace or Endpoint Management, ideally in a larger organizational environment, as well as a solid technical background, for example in Windows 11, Intune, Defender or Systems Engineering, round out your profile. • A completed higher education in Computer Science or Business Informatics at the HF, FH or university level or a comparable qualification forms the basis for this function. • You are able to bring together stakeholders from Business, IT and Security, categorize different interests and actively bring about informed decisions. • A pronounced understanding of complex IT landscapes, technical dependencies and organizational interfaces helps you to keep an overview even in demanding environments.
