Nurse in EMS
You hold a HES Nurse diploma or a foreign diploma with mandatory recognition from the Swiss Red Cross
You justify at least two years of experience in care, ideally acquired within an EMS in Switzerland
Attentive, calm and benevolent, you know how to manage emergency situations with professionalism and place the human relationship at the heart of your practice
You have skills in nursing care and basic techniques.
You appreciate teamwork, possess excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate a great capacity for adaptation to field realities.
Mastery of software such as SADIES constitutes an additional asset
You ensure the preparation and administration of treatments in strict respect of current protocols and safety rules.
You perform basic care as well as the technical acts necessary within the framework of an EMS.
You pay particular attention to the quality of your exchanges with residents and their relatives
You actively participate in the development and monitoring of individualized life projects, ensuring respect for the needs and choices of each person jpid3123d50jm jpit0936jm jpiy26jm
