Your tasks ##

In this strategically-operative key position, reporting directly to the management, you will contribute significantly to the further development of our sales division. Your central tasks include, among others:

• Developing sales strategies: Conception and implementation of forward-looking sales models with the management
• Process optimization: Analysis and improvement of internal processes along the sales and value chain
• Opening up market potentials: Identification and evaluation of new market opportunities, trends, and business possibilities
• Building partnerships: Establishment and maintenance of strategic networks and cooperative relationships
• Creating business cases: Elaboration of well-founded decision templates and recommendations for action for the management.
• Interdisciplinary cooperation: Close cooperation with the various divisions as well as their departments (rental, sales, customer service, etc.) and other key areas

Your profile ##

You convince through strategic thinking abilities, entrepreneurial drive, and a pronounced passion for sales and business development. It does not matter whether you already have many years of experience or are still at the beginning of your career:

• Academic background: Completed studies in Business Administration, Betriebswirtschaft, or a comparable course of study
• Professional experience: Initial practical experience in Business Development or strategic sales is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Analytical competence: Excellent analytical thinking skills as well as great interest in process analysis and project management
• Entrepreneurial mindset: A pronounced ability to recognize opportunities and develop innovative solutions independently
• Change management: Your talent to inspire people and successfully lead them through change processes distinguishes you
• Language skills: Very good German skills in speaking and writing; French and English skills are an advantage
