Your tasks • As a driving force in our department -Digital Business & Experience- you actively help shape the digital transformation of Visana. • Hand in hand with the Product Owner and the Development-Team, you take our output solutions (Serie/M) to the next level. • You form the decisive interface between Business and IT. • You analyze, structure, specify requirements, and always proactively bring your stakeholders on board. • Thanks to your methodical strength and your quality awareness, you accompany the entire development process and ensure sustainable and economical solutions. Your profile • You have a sound education in (business) informatics (e.g., HF, FH, Uni) and have already proven yourself in Requirements Engineering. Ideally, you bring experience in output management. • You are fascinated by decoding complex functional needs and transforming them into well-thought-out system requirements. • As a communicative team player, you network effortlessly within the company. • You succeed in preparing your results in a target-group-oriented manner and presenting them convincingly. • Practice in agile software development, entrepreneurial vision, a high standard of quality, and business-fluent German (spoken and written) round off your profile.
