Quality Engineer

Quality engineer in series production, responsible for root cause analyses, inspection plans, and quality assurance with suppliers.

Tasks

• Processing and coordination of quality notes and notifications in production and with suppliers
• Leading root cause analyses and defining sustainable corrective measures
• Creation and optimization of inspection and control plans for series production
• Support in quality planning, industrialization projects, and APQP processes
• Checking FAI documentation and processing quality deviations with suppliers
• Preparation and follow-up of internal and external audits

Profile

• Technical education (University of Applied Sciences/University) in a relevant field
• Several years of experience in quality development, quality control, or supplier quality
• Knowledge in FAI, inspection planning, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, or comparable methods
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards
• Very good German and English skills (at least B2)
• Competent handling of SAP and MS Office
