Your tasks  Independent management and organization of painting and plastering projects  Consulting and supporting our customers  Creating offers, measurements, calculations and invoices  Work preparation as well as scheduling and deployment planning  Leadership and coordination of our employees  Contact person for builders, architects and construction managers  Ensuring quality, costs and deadlines What you bring  Training as a painter EFZ or plasterer-drywall builder EFZ  Completion as a master painter or master plasterer is an advantage  Experience in project management or construction site management  Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working  Enjoyment of customer contact and employee management  Entrepreneurial thinking and sense of responsibility  Good IT skills  Driver's license category B What we offer you  4.5-day week - Friday afternoon off  5 weeks of vacation  Attractive compensation and modern employment conditions  Company car, company cell phone and modern working tools  Flexible working hours and home office for administrative tasks  Exciting projects with a lot of personal responsibility  Family-like, motivated team  Support for further training Interested?
