On behalf of a Swiss SME with a human scale, active in a technical sector, we are looking for an Accounting & HR Manager at 80-100%.

Accounting & HR Manager - 80-100% - Nord Vaudois

This is a versatile and central function, offering wide autonomy as well as direct collaboration with management.

In this function, you will autonomously ensure the management of the company's accounting and HR activities, including:

• Maintenance of general accounting up to the closing
• Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable and monitoring of cash flow
• Monitoring of fiscal and administrative aspects related to accounting
• Preparation of information and documents necessary for external partners
• Management of payroll and social insurances
• Monitoring of absences, vacations and personnel files
• Participation in the financial and administrative monitoring of the company
• Support to management on accounting, financial and HR questions

Your profile:

• Confirmed experience in a similar function in Switzerland
• Very good knowledge of Swiss accounting, up to the closing
• Solid experience in payroll management and HR administration
• Experience in the construction field or in a technical environment is a prerequisite
• Mastery of an accounting software/ERP; knowledge of sector-specific tools is an advantage
• SME spirit, pragmatism and good interpersonal skills
