In this key role, you will take responsibility for company-wide SAP Master Data Management as well as the coordination of all supply chain-relevant SAP S/4HANA implementation activities. As a central interface between Business, IT, and external partners, you will drive the standardization of master data, the further development of end-to-end processes, and the successful implementation of a modern SAP system landscape. Your tasks You take responsibility for the establishment, further development, and governance of company-wide Master Data Management. You define global master data standards and ensure their sustainable anchoring across all business divisions. You design harmonized end-to-end processes and ensure their successful implementation within the framework of the SAP S/4HANA transformation. You drive the standardization, quality, and integrity of master data along the entire value chain. As a central contact person, you coordinate the cooperation between specialist departments, Group IT, and external implementation partners. You are responsible for the planning, prioritization, and management of SCM-related SAP S/4HANA initiatives and transformation projects. You analyze requirements, develop future-oriented solution concepts, and accompany their successful implementation. You ensure transparent risk, escalation, and stakeholder management and create the foundation for sound decisions. You promote knowledge transfer within the organization and empower key users as well as specialist departments for new processes and systems. You drive the continuous further development of data, processes, and systems and make a significant contribution to the digital transformation of the company. Your profile Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, supply chain management, or a comparable field of study. Several years of experience in the introduction, implementation, or further development of SAP S/4HANA solutions, ideally with a focus on Master Data Management or Data Governance. Sound knowledge in the area of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) as well as a good understanding of integrated supply chain processes. Experience in the establishment and further development of master data management and governance structures. Several years of professional experience in the areas of supply chain management, process management, or digital transformation in an industrial environment. Experience in leading transformation, optimization, or implementation projects. Strong analytical skills as well as a holistic understanding of end-to-end processes and data structures. The ability to bring together different interests and successfully shape changes. A convincing appearance, strong communication skills, and enjoyment in winning people over for common goals.
