Tasks

• Collaboration on feasibility studies and preliminary projects
• Creation of building permit, execution, and revision plans
• Documents for building permits together with authorities and specialist planners
• Building surveys with GPS, construction controls, and condition assessments
• Step-by-step assumption of responsibility in project planning
• Support for further training to become a Technician in Project Planning Structural Engineering

• Completed training as Draftsperson EFZ Architecture

• Confident CAD handling, Allplan an advantage
• Exact, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Teamwork skills, sense for design and detail
• Good German skills
