Your tasks

• You contribute to ensuring our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support daily
• You perform RAI assessments and promote the autonomy of our residents
• You recognize and master emergency situations
• You assist with the daily care of our residents according to the kinesthetic approach
• You carry out the electronic nursing documentation independently and without gaps

What you bring with you

• Training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF, AKP, DNII, DNI or PsyKP
• You have professional experience in the inpatient long-term care sector
• Good oral and written German skills
• Good RAI knowledge
• You are an organizational talent and strive to organize everyday life efficiently
