Your tasks in operational deployment • Specialist nursing care, continuous monitoring and care of patients with cardiological, neurological and general medical conditions. • Quick and reflective action in case of acute changes in condition as well as safe operation of IMC-specific medical technology. • Control of the entire nursing process in close coordination with the medical service and therapeutic teams. • Active support and consultation of relatives in emotionally demanding situations. • Shaping the ward processes and constructive participation in the further development of nursing quality on the monitoring station. Qualifications What you bring • A completed education as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF / FH (or DN2, AKP) and at least two years of solid professional experience in an acute hospital. • A completed IMC-, IPS- or emergency training is a great advantage, alternatively you bring the motivation to take the corresponding monitoring course (e.g. AFSAIN). • A solid, team-oriented personality who keeps a cool head even in complex and rapidly changing situations. • Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and a high level of quality awareness. • Applications from talents with a equivalent diploma from an EU/EFTA state are very welcome, provided that the SRK recognition is already available or the procedure is ongoing.
