100% Basel from Education / Internship Your Internship Bank WIR enables HMS-/WMS-/Gym students who are preparing for the Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training for commercial employees and the commercial Federal Vocational Baccalaureate (BM) in the 3+1 model, to have an exciting and varied career entry. The BEM educational course does not last one year compared to a normal internship in the HMS-/WMS-3+1 model, but 18 months. In return, you will additionally receive the BEM certificate (Bank Entry after Matura) at the end. During one and a half years, you will gain practical experience and quickly take on responsibility. In addition to the practical training, you will learn the theoretical foundations of your profession at CYP (Challenge Your Potential). Your Mission Versatile deployment: You are active in administration, the front office, and the branch, thus gaining a comprehensive insight into the operation. Payment transactions: You support us in E-Banking, the administration of debit cards, 3a accounts, and the monitoring of payments - all important tasks in the modern financial world. Document management: You check loan applications and contracts, ensure correct documentation, and help to ensure that all processes run smoothly. Branch work: You advise corporate clients, conduct discussions, and ensure that our customers feel excellently cared for. Advisory center: You advise our customers by telephone regarding our first-class products and services. What you bring with you Commercial/Economic Middle School or Gymnasium Age: 18 to 25 years. Fluent German in spoken and written form. Sound interest in banking and financial topics. Interest in customer contact. High self-motivation and initiative.
