Your mission: Prepare and establish precise quotes in connection with construction sector projects, guaranteeing the consistency of costs and deadlines. Manage requests for offers from suppliers and partners, ensuring a rigorous comparison of received submissions. Submit offers with a detailed analysis, facilitating decision-making for internal teams and clients. Collaborate closely with technical teams to adapt proposals to the specific requirements of the construction site. Ensure the constant updating of pricing information and market data in the context of construction in Switzerland. Respect the standards and regulations in force in the construction sector in Switzerland. Now, shall we talk about you? You have at least 3 years of experience in Switzerland, ideally in the preparation of quotes and management of offers in the construction field. You perfectly master French, native language required, to ensure clear and professional communication with stakeholders. You have in-depth knowledge of the processes related to the preparation of quotes, requests for offers, and submission within the Swiss construction sector. You reside at a distance not exceeding 40 km from the workplace, facilitating your mobility and availability. This position does not include responsibilities in accounting or human resources.
